As a non-profit organisation, a registered charity, and an Institution of a Public Character, *SCAPE Co., Ltd. is committed to achieving high standards of corporate governance, promoting corporate transparency, and enhancing stakeholder value. It does not tolerate any malpractice, impropriety, statutory non-compliance, or wrongdoing by staff during their work.

The Whistleblowing Policy provides a framework for employees and external parties to promote responsible and secure whistleblowing without fear of adverse consequences.

I. Reporting Channel

Suspected acts of misconduct may be reported in writing or by completing and submitting the Whistleblowing Form, which will be sent to to the Chairman of the Board and/or the Audit and Compliance Subcommittee.

*SCAPE safeguards the interests of the whistleblower by providing assurances that all information received will be treated confidentially and restricted to only the group of designated officers in charge of the investigation. Whistleblowers are encouraged to identify himself/herself and provide relevant contact details, in case further clarification or information is required.
